Newfrontiers

Newfrontiers is a worldwide family of churches together on a mission, currently approaching 500 churches worldwide. With a passionate commitment to build the church according to New Testament principles, we believe that the most effective form of evangelism is worked out from strong local churches. Churches where each member participates, the gifts of the Spirit are outworked, where there is joy in caring one for the other, where there is a desire to make a difference in society and to reach those in need. We aim to achieve this by restoring the church, making disciples, training leaders, planting churches and reaching the nations.
Newfrontiers London
The London region is lead by Steve Tibbert who is based at King’s Church, Catford. Our vision for London is for 50 churches with 10,000 people. There are currently 18 newfrontiers churches in the London area, as well as 4 church plants. The churches are grouped into 4 regions, North West, South West, South East and Central. The leaders of the churches gather regularly forregional prayer meetings, and the churches gather for regional celebrations.
The elders of the church regularly meet with other Newfrontiers churches from south-west London to pray, discuss church news and provide a network to support each other. Some of the churches are the
Shaftesbury Christian Centre, Battersea; King's Church, Kingston; Queens Road Church, Wimbledon and the Sutton Family Church.

Bethany Children’s Trust

One of our members, Susie Howe is the director of The Bethany Children's Trust (BCT), a charity we have strong links with. BCT is a Christian charity that exists to mobilise action on behalf of children at risk around the world. Their vision is: To see every child in the world loved, safe, nurtured and free to reach their God-given potential. BCT helps to strengthen the capacity of overseas Christian projects working with children at risk through the provision of encouragement, prayer, technical support, training, and financial and material support. BCT raises awareness of the needs of children at risk, and encourage churches, schools and businesses to help meet those needs. BCT also helps mobilise and train churches in HIV/AIDS care, prevention and orphan-care in countries highly affected by HIV.. BCT works in partnership with other Christian networks and agencies to bring about effective care for at-risk children. For more information see www.bethanychildrenstrust.org.uk.
